You can use a private room with lockable entrance, so you don't have to share the room with strangers. You can use smart locks that you can easily manage with your phone. There is no financial risk, you only have to pay when you move in, which you can do in cash, with a QR code, online transfer or virtual card. The payment unit is one month, for which we issue an invoice and includes all costs for one person. In case two people want to rent the room, the cost increases by 25% of the basic price. Room with four bed
This room is private, accessible from the main entrance, address: Debrecen Árpád tér 38. The ground floor room window overlooks the park, a few steps from the entrance you can park your own or rented car for free, there is no through traffic in the parking lot. You can use the room for a month at a base price of 314 euros/person from arrival, if more people want to use it, the base price increases by 25% for each additional person. The room can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, which includes all costs (heating, hot and cold water, wifi, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave oven, common costs), the use of air conditioning must be paid separately. We have optimized the advantages of short-term rental (accommodation) and long-term rental (sublet) in order to offer favorable prices and conditions. If you are thinking of staying for a few weeks, it is worth considering our offer. You have no other obligations other than the monthly fee, you don't have to pay any utilities, you don't have to pay a deposit, you don't have to make a one-year commitment. You can even use the room immediately upon arrival in Debrecen.

This is a sunny room with a bunk bed and a desk. This room is private, you won't share it with strangers. This room can be accessed from the main entrance, address: Debrecen Árpád tér 38. The address is well known to Pakistani food delivery people and taxi drivers, and you can reach your rented room in the heart of Debrecen in just a few minutes on the main road from the airport, where you can connect to the Wifi network and use a real local IP address. You don't need a physical key for the main entrance and your private room, you can control the locks with your phone.
